Job Requirements

Starting Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.75 hourly

All shifts available

• Scheduling: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Hours: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a

$1,500 signing bonus!

Our HVAC Technician is tasked with repairing, installing, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, such as thermostats, furnaces, air ducts, and more.

What You Will Do As An HVAC Technician:

· Ensures the proper maintenance, installation and operation of HVAC equipment throughout the property.

· May function as a mentor for Level l Facilities Engineer-HVAC.

· Always takes the appropriate steps to properly charge refrigeration systems and safely handle refrigerant.

Work Experience:

To be successful as an HVAC Technician, you'll need:

A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma; required.

A valid NYS driver's license; required

3 years or related experience and a Heating/AC Certificate (EPA Certification); required

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with diplomacy and objectivity.

The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
