Manufacturing / Maintenance Engineer
Step into a role where your engineering expertise directly drives safer, faster, and smarter production. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll partner with plant teams to improve processes, lead impactful projects, and shape the future of operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead problem?solving efforts to reduce waste, boost productivity, and strengthen safety.
• Own capital projects from concept through installation and launch.
• Work with equipment suppliers to select, optimize, and troubleshoot machinery.
• Standardize best practices and share lessons learned across teams.
• Spot process gaps and turn them into improvement opportunities.
• Support key plant KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive safety, quality, and production enhancements across the facility.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of equipment and production processes.
• Confident leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating on project teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus Skills

• Leading project teams.
• Cross?functional experience in engineering, quality, or production.
• Experience with plant expansions or new equipment installation.
• Background in rubber or plastic processing.
• Comfort working with diverse teams and global partners.
