As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Always Best Senior Care- Hobe Sound, FL, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors in our community. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in their homes, hospitals, or assisted living facilities
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to the healthcare team, and provide basic first aid when necessary
• Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with care coordinators to create personalized care plans and ensure continuous quality care
