Construction site quality manager

job summary:
Our client is looking for a Construction Site Quality Manager with industrial construction experience and Mechanical/Civil Inspection experience. The position requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction, its phases, processes, management, and leadership.This position pays per diem 7 days/week and mob/de-mob.

responsibilities:

• Control and the distribution of all the company's quality documentation

• Monitor all quality related activities on the project

• Perform daily inspections of the work being performed onsite.

• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management

• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements

• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements, when required.

• Review and provide comments on all quality related correspondence with the contractor's representatives.

• Monitor statistical method reporting.

• Review all turnover documentation upon the completion of the project.

• Participate in all quality related activities with the designated representatives.

• Attend monthly, weekly and daily meetings and provide perspective on all quality related subjects when needed.
