Within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Clinical Pharmacist NICU will oversee complex neonatal pharmacotherapy across a fast-moving critical care environment. Daily practice includes evaluating medication selection, dosing, monitoring, compatibility, safety, and stewardship for medically fragile newborns. The pharmacist will participate in rounds, advise neonatologists and bedside clinicians, support pharmacy workflow, and help resolve urgent therapeutic questions.
