RN Responsibilities Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Professional accountability and development. Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Qualifications Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required RN (Registered Nurse) license is required Nursing Specialty Certification is preferred Education Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred Experience 2 years of PCU RN experience in acute care Specific Skills Interpersonal skills Critical thinking skills Clinical skills appropriate to position Facility BayCare Health System, Staffing Resource Office Location: Float between a region of hospitals. Status: Full Time, Exempt: No (3x12 hour shifts per week) Shift Hours: 6:45 AM- 7:15 PM On Call : No Weekend Work: Every 3rd weekend to include 2 Sunday shifts in 6-week schedule How often will this team member be working remotely?
