Cool Air Creations is seeking an Embroidery & Apparel Finishing Specialist to join our production team. This position requires hands-on work with commercial embroidery equipment as well as finishing embroidered apparel and promotional products.

Previous embroidery experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in apparel decoration, sewing, textiles, garment production, or a similar hands-on production environment may also be considered. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the ability to learn embroidery equipment and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines.
• Hoop and position garments and other products accurately.
• Thread machines and make adjustments for different materials and designs.
• Monitor machines during production and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Trim excess backing and thread and complete final finishing.
• Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for delivery.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules, job instructions, and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines
• Experience with apparel decoration, sewing, textiles, or garment production
• Ability to learn embroidery software, machine setup and production procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow production specifications and work efficiently
• Comfortable working with different types of apparel and materials
• Experience with finishing, trimming, folding and preparing completed products is a plus

General machine-operating experience alone does not necessarily qualify a candidate for this position.
