Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate with dental staff to ensure all patient needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts to attract new patients.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, assisting in communication with Spanish-speaking patients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Must be a Team Player
