Make a real impact in the lives of elementary-aged students while enjoying a flexible contract opportunity as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team using a 3:1 week model, serving a manageable caseload of 55 students. This role begins as soon as possible and runs for 90 days, giving you the chance to work between 1 to 5 days a week (8 hours per week), tailored to your availability.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC’s)
• Current California licensure for SLPs
• School-based SLP experience, especially with elementary populations, preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs among elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in compliance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals within the 3:1 service delivery model
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
