This role is for someone who understands the real-world demands of automotive and/or commercial truck fixed operations and knows how to create results in service, parts, and leadership performance.If you have ever said:“This dealership could be so much better”“They are managing symptoms instead of the real problem”“No one is driving accountability”“There is too much profit being left on the table”…then this role may be built for you.What You Will Be Responsible ForImplementing a system/process in a dealership’s fixed operations, and driving performance and removing the true barriers to profitabilityCoaching leaders in service, parts, and fixed ops on execution, accountability, and process disciplineImproving labor sales, gross profit, technician productivity, efficiency, staffing effectiveness, and customer retentionHelping dealerships eliminate drift, strengthen culture, and operate with greater consistencyTurning under-performing departments into more profitable, scale-able, and customer-focused operationsServing as a trusted partner who can challenge leadership and help drive meaningful changeWhat We NeedStrong dealership fixed operations experience in automotive and/or commercial truckBackground as a Service Manager, Fixed Ops Director, Parts Manager, GM, Dealer Operator, or high-level consultant/coachA track record of improving performance, profitability, and accountabilityThe ability to diagnose root causes, not just react to surface problemsStrong leadership presence with the ability to coach, influence, and challenge othersWillingness to travel and work directly with dealership teams onsiteWho You AreYou are not afraid of hard truths.
