Ultrasonographer

Position Overview Fetal Imaging Technologist – Full Time, Day Shift at Royal Oak Hospital, Royal Oak, MI. Responsibilities • Perform accurate and efficient fetal imaging ultrasound examinations under the guidance of the site designate leader.

• Utilize appropriate imaging equipment, applying independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to acquire high‑quality images for interpretation.
• Follow Corewell Health patient‑centered care principles during all patient interactions.

Qualifications Graduate of a Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent educational background. Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or eligible for registration; must obtain certification (ABD or OB/GYN) within one year of hire. Additional required registry within two years. If registered at hire, must obtain additional registry within one year. For Vascular Department: Certified Registered Technician – Vascular (CRT‑Vascular) with ARDMS within one year of hire. Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire, through the American Heart Association.
