Solo litigation firm, intending to grow. Role Description: This is an on-site role for a Legal Assistant located off Memorial Road (near I-235) in North Oklahoma City. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients and attorneys, providing administrative assistance, filing with Court Clerk(s), and supporting legal operations. Flexible hours, but we need a set schedule. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Strong communication and telephone skills. Ability to provide administrative assistance. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred: Associate or higher degree in paralegal studies or related field. Knowledge of law and legal procedures. Experience in legal document preparation. Previous experience in a law office.
