If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys SURE unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excelJob DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic prioritiesRequired Skill and Experience• Experience in utilities CIS and/or AMI, MDMS implementations • Experience with Integration of CIS/AMI with other systems such as Field systems, Call Center, Web, Asset and Work, Outage etc • Experience with functional understanding of business processes required for AMI rollouts, Metering, billing, work management etc in regulated utilities • Experience with requirements modelling and other tools to improve quality and productivity of IT teams. • Experience of leading development teams, working with client teams/SMEs at operational and leadership levels • Experience in preparing and executing testing involving AMI projectsPreferred Skill and Experience• Ability to mentor distributed teams and operate effectively in multi-vendor, multi-location delivery environments.• Functional Testing knowledgeAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
