Hiring: Attorney Recruiting Assistant – Downtown Miami

Recruiting for a highly respected, full-service law firm seeking an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to join its Downtown Miami office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in legal recruiting and professional services.

Salary up to $70,000/year

5 days a week onsite

The Attorney Recruiting Assistant will work closely with the firm’s recruiting team and attorneys and will be involved in all aspects of attorney and law student recruiting, including:

• Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews with lateral attorney candidates across multiple offices
• Managing candidate information, recruiting databases, and applicant tracking
• Supporting law school recruiting, on-campus interviews, callbacks, and offers
• Assisting with the firm’s summer associate program
• Coordinating recruiting events, travel, and interview logistics
• Posting positions and assisting with candidate application materials
• Communicating with candidates, attorneys, law schools, and recruiting partners
• Processing recruiting-related agreements and invoices

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment
• Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; viRecruit experience is a plus
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is also a plus
• Law firm or professional services environment
