LDRP RN - Night Shift Assignment

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (LDRP RN) for an immediate assignment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and skilled in providing comprehensive care in both labor and delivery as well as postpartum settings. This position requires a commitment to high standards of patient care and adherence to established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care during labor and support the postpartum recovery process.
• Perform assessments and interventions for both mother and newborn.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy.
• Utilize Epic charting for documentation and patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in LDRP; 2 years preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly Epic.
