Caregiver - Memory Care

MMC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team for the evening shift. As a Caregiver, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents’ daily lives. You’ll assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), promote their well‑being and independence, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Assist residents maintain a comforting routine that supports their well‑being. Observe and document any changes in a resident’s condition, including behavior, mood and physical health. Ability to respond to emergent situations following facility procedures in a calm and proactive manner. Ability to communicate timely, effectively and empathetically with patients, their family members, and staff at every level of the organization. Qualifications: Reliable and responsible. High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Pass background check. Physical Requirements: Capacity to assist with physical tasks like lifting and transferring patients. Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances, bend, lift, grasp, fine hand coordination, and/or squat repeated many times in a signal shift. Able to push and pull items of various weights. Able to regularly lift 45 lbs. without a mechanical lift. We look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity .
