This one is non-negotiable. 3+ years of digital marketing 3 to 5+ years of marketing in the cannabis industry, including the federal and state rules on cannabis marketing Has managed outside agencies or contractors (digital ads, SEO, social media, design) Google Analytics: reads traffic, conversions and campaign results, and reports on them Comfortable doing in-person outreach at dispensaries, doctors' offices and community events Marketing across several locations or states Healthcare or medical practice marketing (patient referrals, patient retention) Knows the Panhandle or Gulf Coast market Leads the entire marketing and sales effort, hands-on: Direct the team's in-person outreach by region, and build referral relationships with dispensary staff, doctors and community groups Represent the company at events, health fairs and expos, and help plan them Oversee the outside vendors for digital marketing, SEO and paid ads, social media and design Keep online listings current and answer online reviews Run HubSpot as the customer record Track outreach, partnerships and referrals, and report monthly numbers (Google Analytics and KPIs) to leadership Help open new markets as the company grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
