Travel RN Neuro Med/Surg/Tele
Schedule
12-hour night shifts with every-other-weekend required.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 1326 weeks. Available hours: 36- or 48-hour options.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience total.
- At least 1 year direct Med/Surg experience (required).
- At least 2 prior successful travel contracts (first-time travelers not accepted).
- Current BLS/BCLS and NIHSS certifications required.
- Preferred: ACLS certification.
- Must be able to perform telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation/management.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to neuro and stroke patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
- Perform IV starts and maintain peripheral/central line care.
- Manage seizure patients and participate in rapid response/code team processes.
Compliance / Notes
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). Candidate must complete all testing within 48 hours of signing. Parking details will be provided.
