• Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,030 - $10,690
• Credentialing: Emergency credentialing with an estimated 5-day timeframe
• Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
• Setting: OB/GYN unit

• Active Alaska medical license required
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience required
• BLS and PALS required
• Strong experience with low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management
• Proficiency in OB ultrasounds, fetal heart rate interpretation, and delivery management
• Ability to complete emergency credentialing in a timely manner

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN physician coverage for low-risk and high-risk obstetric patients
• Interpret fetal heart rate tracings, including NST, CST, and FSE
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds, including screening and targeted studies
• Manage routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Handle breech presentations, multiple births, abruptions, and VBAC cases
• Perform amniocentesis when indicated
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office-based and minor gynecology procedures such as IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
• Support surgical gynecology care, including open and laparoscopic procedures
