Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Bonus based on performance Signing bonus Training & development Job Description As a home health nurse – RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient’s condition and initiate start of care face‑to‑face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician, dress (or re‑dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient’s quality of life. Job Requirements Must possess at least an associate’s degree in nursing from an industry-accredited institution. Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. Current FL State RN license is required. Location Now hiring in: Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando Counties. We serve the following counties: Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando.
