About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the senior operational leader, providing executive oversight across its diverse portfolio of senior living and healthcare communities. The COO will be a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for advancing the organization's strategic priorities, strengthening organizational alignment, and driving operational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's communities are united around shared goals, enterprise priorities, and consistent operating practices, while also preserving the unique character of each community. The successful candidate will be a visible, relationship-oriented leader with a proven track record in guiding complex, multi-site organizations through growth and change, and will be expected to foster a culture of performance, leadership development, and operational discipline. The ideal COO for the company will be a seasoned executive, preferably with experience in aging services or senior living, and will have exceptional operational acumen and a proven ability to create and lead high-impact teams. Key responsibilities for the COO include partnering with the Leadership Team, Executive Directors, and community and corporate support functions to foster collaboration, reduce organizational silos, and strengthen accountabilities. The role requires a metrics-driven approach to operations and a commitment to the company's mission and values. The COO will also be responsible for reinforcing system-wide standards, supporting the development of future leaders, and ensuring that the company's operations are in line with its growth and expansion initiatives.
