Science Researcher

Qualifications:Master's degree in science, biology, veterinary, or related life sciences with experience at a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical company. Must have at least 4 years of experience.Position Overview:Collaborate with clinical development team on GCP studies, experimental design, and publication preparation. Conduct ingredient research and data analysis for innovative products.Responsibilities:· Assist in study design and implementation with project leaders.· Oversee clinical trial activities and support scientists.Prepare and ship study site documentation and correspond with sites.Ensure protocol compliance with investigator sites or third-party facilities.Validate study data for accuracy and quality.Coordinate site recruitment, training, and close-out activities.Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams as needed.Research new product ingredients and conduct statistical analysis.· Create scientific publications for company needs.Manage additional tasks as assigned by manager.Participate in relevant scientific conferences.Travel occasionally for business needs.Communicate effectively within the organization.Requirements:· Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to translate technical insights into plans.· Previous experience in clinical studies.· Proficient in scientific writing.· Familiarity with GCP guidelines.· Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
