Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience preferred. Forklift experience or certification preferred. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material-handling machinery. Basic computer skills with experience using inventory tracking or warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb for extended periods.

Job Duties

Load, unload, move, and transport inventory, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments. Pick, pack, crate, palletize, and prepare products for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities. Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
