Fort Smith, AR $17 - $18 / per hour Temp

Pay: $17$18/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch optional)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a solid foundation in bookkeeping, and a professional approach to both internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping experience required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Experience with AP/AR strongly preferred
• Strong clerical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
