Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in our Georgia location. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and help drive sales while upholding company policies and safety standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with experience in retail management preferred.
