Hello,

We are actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Position Details

• Position: RN - PCU / Step Down
  
• Start Date: 09/21/2026 (Only available start date unless returning traveler within 9 months)
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours: 36 Hours/Week
• Job Type: Contract
• Urgency: Rapid Response Crisis
• EMR: Epic

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Step-Down experience
• Experience with:
  • Open Heart Recovery
  • Telemetry/Cardiac Step Down
  • Heart Cath Recovery
  • Cardiac Drips
  • Post-Op Open Heart Patients
  • Med-Surg Step Down Patients
• Epic EMR experience required
• Comfortable caring for ventilated patients when necessary

Certifications Required

• ACLS
• BLS/BCLS

Additional Information

• Typically every 3rd weekend rotation
• Holiday coverage required
• No regular on-call requirement; occasional call may be required due to staffing/census needs
• Must hold an active state RN license
• Floating to other units may be required based on facility needs
