Location: Gastonia, NC (Gaston County Jail) – Convenient commute from Charlotte, Belmont, and surrounding areas. As the Night Shift Nurse Manager, you will lead a dedicated night team while remaining hands‑on in patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Act as the go‑to clinical resource, supporting and guiding your night shift nursing team to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Provide Autonomy-Driven Care: Conduct health assessments, triage, manage medications, and respond to urgent medical needs. Collaborate Safely: Work hand-in-hand with a supportive correctional officer team. Qualifications Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state). Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience.
