Business Analyst Senior or Lead

Responsibilities Provides financial analysis and business services by assisting operating personnel in the preparation of objective analysis of the budget and performance reports, including business plans. Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all budgets. Develops the long‑term planning process, manages the process within the individual business units and presents to management the budget for the organization. Develops and manages the re‑projection process for project owners and prepares budget variance analysis and re‑projections to update the financial forecast. Develops, maintains and distributes reports and performance indicators that combine financial and non‑financial information for stations and owners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of experience in a Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting position. Demonstrated thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines. Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead, prioritize, and meet deadlines for complex projects, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
