Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Recuperative Care Facility) Department: Residential Care / Support Services Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: $17 – $19 per hour (based on experience) ________________________________________ About Fortunate Homes LLC At Fortunate Homes LLC, we are dedicated to helping individuals regain stability, independence, and dignity through compassionate, person-centered care. Our Recuperative Care Facility provides a supportive environment for adults recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization who may not have stable housing. We’re seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are dependable, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. If you enjoy meaningful work and want to make a positive impact every day, we’d love to meet you! ________________________________________ What You’ll Do As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being while helping them transition toward independence.
