Warehouse Forklift Operator

Elwood Staffing seeking dependable Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping customer freight while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

Load and unload trailers and containers.
Operate sit-down forklifts safely
Receive inbound freight and verify shipment accuracy.
Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners.
Pack and prepare outbound shipments.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience
Previous forklift experience required.
Experience operating RF scanners preferred
Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment.
Basic computer skills.
Safely able to lift 50 lbs

Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
