Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Project Manager role will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience with HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome project challenges and obstacles.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
9. A professional engineer (PE) license is preferred.
