Job Description
Internal|Family Medicine Physician or Geriatrician needed in Louisville, KY. The primary focus of the Internal|Family Physician or Geriatrician is to provide all-inclusive care to geriatric and chronically ill patient populations.


Details:
• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Average 18 - 20 patients per day
• Physician will see patients an average of once per month
• Shared, telephonic call
• EMR: Own proprietary system similar to Epic|Allscripts

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Current Kentucky medical license
• BLS certification
• Active DEA certification
• At least one year of experience post residency
