Responsibilities Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
