This role involves engaging with customers both over the phone and in person at the marina, always prioritizing exceptional service. The Reservation Agent is expected to maintain a professional company image in all forms of communication. Given the fast-paced nature of the environment, the ability to work under pressure is essential. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedulereservations,inputting allcheck-inandcheck-outdatesand timesinto thecompany reservationssystem. Providethehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservice by promptly addressing all requestsfromcustomersand their rental needs Answeronlineinquiresand respondsto theseinquiresin atimelymanner OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES: Workperformedandcomposedofavarietyofdifferenttasks,callingfortheuseofsoundjudgment,andcompliancewithpolicies andprocedures.Mustbeaself-starterandbeabletoworkinateamenvironmenttoachieveteam,departmentandcompanygoals. Assists with several projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers.
