Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a community bank group serving markets north of Milwaukee and northeast of Madison, WI in the search for a Commercial Credit Analyst.

This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow into a Commercial Lender role. The organization is committed to developing talent through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across lending and portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements and cash flow.
• Prepare credit memos with clear risk assessments and recommendations.
• Support lenders with underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio management.
• Gain exposure to client relationships and commercial lending processes.
• Participate in training focused on business development and cross-selling strategies.
• Learn to manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio over time.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial credit analysis experience.
• Strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Interest in advancing into a client-facing Commercial Lender role.
• Willingness to learn business development and relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
