Dental Practice Coordinator
A dental practice in Oskaloosa, IA is looking for an experienced Practice Coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
The right person will be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working with both patients and the dental team.
What you'll be doing:
Help manage daily office operations
Support and coordinate the dental team
Assist with scheduling and patient communication
Help with insurance and financial coordination
Monitor office workflow and efficiency
Help create a positive patient experience
Assist with team and practice goals
What we're looking for:
Previous dental office experience
Practice management or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve and keep things running smoothly
Professional and patient-focused
