As part of our growth strategy, we have expanded into Charlotte, NC, and Los Angeles, CA, and are seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Agents to join these offices. Key Responsibilities: · Managing datasets through business development outreach · Lead generation for prospecting purposes · Researching property and client information · Prospecting and fostering leads. · Financial analysis and presentation for income-producing properties · Coordinating marketing campaigns and listing management · Market analysis and research as it relates to properties and real estate trends. · Coordinating the sale process through collaboration with support staff Qualifications · Real Estate license required. · Experience utilizing CRM platforms. · Experience reviewing contracts and/or professional legal agreements. · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Bachelor’s degree in business or related industry or equivalent experience · 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate · Competitive nature · Collaborative mindset · Professional work ethic and integrity · Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team. · This is a 100% commission role****
