Warehouse Associate

Partners Personnel is seeking reliable and motivated 1st Shift Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, pallet building, inventory replenishment, and accurate product handling using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Build and wrap pallets for outbound shipments
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and replenish stock
• Perform shipping, sorting, labeling, and staging of bulk orders
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure product quality and shipment integrity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist warehouse leads and management with additional tasks
• Support other departments as business needs require

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
