Responsibilities Provide outstanding service with a genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic approach for pets and their owners. Maintain solid product knowledge and stay current with new releases. Follow daily and monthly cleaning lists to keep the store clean and organized. Assist with shipment processing, product replenishment, merchandising, and floor stock monitoring to ensure accurate pricing, proper display, and correct rotation. Complete POS transactions quickly and accurately. Celebrate successes and enjoy what you do. Qualifications A love of pets and a genuine interest in animal nutrition and welfare. A strong focus on building customer relationships through excellent service. Energy, enthusiasm, integrity, and mutual respect. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, multi‑priority environment.
