Your responsibilities include assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, oral care, and dressing, while also ensuring their safety by observing and reporting any hazards or significant changes in their condition. You will participate in staff meetings and complete required training, contributing to a culture of excellence. Maintaining patient confidentiality is paramount, as is your ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
