We have immediate openings for entry-level receiving clerks data entry specialists to help manage documentation on short-term mandates. Your responsibilities:

- Data entry: accurately input receiving data and purchase order information into the warehouse management system (wms) or inventory software.
- Labeling: print and attach internal barcode labels to received products or pallets as directed by the system.
- Document filing: organize and file all hard-copy documents (e.g., bols, packing lists) for easy access and audit compliance.
- Support: assist senior receiving clerks with basic tasks such as sorting mail, organizing the receiving office, and collecting paperwork from the dock.
- Adaptability: quickly learn and apply specific receiving procedures used by different clients during each short-term mandate.

work hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

qualifications:

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

skills:

• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Electric Pallet Jack
• Operate RF scanner
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
• Inspect material supplies and inventory
• Using inventory management software

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
