$70,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Bonus

Tradition Homecare is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our private-pay home care business throughout Broward and/or Palm Beach.

The ideal candidate has experience in home care, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or a related field and excels at building relationships that generate referrals and revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop referral relationships with assisted living communities, hospitals, physicians, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and other senior care professionals

Generate new private-pay client referrals

Represent Tradition Homecare at networking and community events

Meet and exceed growth goals within your territory

Qualifications

2+ years of healthcare sales, home care, hospice, senior living, or business development experience

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Reliable transportation for local travel

Preferred: Existing relationships within Broward and Palm Beach Counties and experience generating private-pay referrals.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $120,000-$150,000+ annually.
