About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant / Project Controller to support a major Oracle Fusion implementation.

You will be embedded within the Finance and Operations teams, providing hands-on functional support throughout UAT, go-live and the post-go-live stabilization period.

This is a business-facing support role requiring strong functional knowledge, clear communication and the ability to investigate issues independently. You will work closely with users, super users and Finance teams, while following established governance and escalating system changes to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion PPM and project controlling processes.
• Support project contract creation, management and follow-up.
• Support project billing, costing, revenue recognition, budgets and forecasts.
• Investigate project accounting and transactional issues.
• Assist with challenges arising from data quality and contract migration.
• Work closely with Finance and Project Controlling teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support UAT, go-live preparation, hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
• Investigate user-reported issues and identify root causes.
• Escalate system issues and required changes through established governance processes.
• Support reporting requirements in collaboration with central teams.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions and process guidance.
• Work with super users to provide functional guidance and support.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion functional experience.
• Experience across at least two complete Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycles, including post-go-live support.
• Strong Oracle Fusion PPM experience, particularly project costing, contracts and billing.
• Understanding of project controlling and financial processes.
• Experience supporting project contract creation and billing.
• Ability to investigate transactional issues and understand their impact on project finances.
• Experience working with data quality issues and complex project or contract information.
• Practical experience with OTBI and BI Publisher is beneficial.

• Willing to follow governance processes rather than make unauthorised system changes.

Additional Requirements

• Based in a compatible time zone for business hours.
• English required; French is an advantage.
