A well-established residential plumbing company in the Salt Lake City area is looking for a skilled Service Plumber to join their team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll run service calls independently — diagnosing problems, walking homeowners through solutions, and getting the job done right the first time. The company has a strong reputation in the market and takes care of their people. If you're a plumber who takes pride in your work and knows how to represent a company well on a job site, this one is worth a look.
Key Responsibilities- Run residential and light commercial plumbing service calls from start to finish
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to customers
- Complete repairs, replacements, and installations to code and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional job site at all times
- Communicate job status, parts needs, and follow-up opportunities to dispatch
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every call
- 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
- Journeyman plumbing license or active apprenticeship in the state of Utah
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing service issues
- Strong communication skills — comfortable talking through options with homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
