This is a customer-facing role where you'll run service calls independently — diagnosing problems, walking homeowners through solutions, and getting the job done right the first time. • Run residential and light commercial plumbing service calls from start to finish
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to customers
• Complete repairs, replacements, and installations to code and on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional job site at all times
• Communicate job status, parts needs, and follow-up opportunities to dispatch
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every call

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Journeyman plumbing license or active apprenticeship in the state of Utah
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing service issues
• Strong communication skills — comfortable talking through options with homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
