Clinical Referral & Scheduling Coordinator

Covenant Health in Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Referral Specialist, Referral and Diagnostic to manage scheduling for specialty facilities, create and register new patient charts, verify addresses, and obtain pre-certifications. You will coordinate referrals with patients, providers and nursing staff to ensure timely care, document activity in the electronic health record, and support a team-based approach to patient care.
