As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kait Hamilton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market new and existing customers for insurance products in CA, AZ, NV and OR.
- Meet monthly sales quotas.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Minimum of 1 year working for a State Farm Agent in a sales position.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
This is a remote position.
