About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building software for healthcare providers and patients. You will own core platform systems and workflows end to end, helping improve clinical operations, payments, and access to care.

What You'll Do

• Develop systems for service authorization, billing, payment adjudication, and provider reimbursement.

• Build tools for provider operations, including credentialing, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and staffing.

• Create patient and family experiences for intake, onboarding, scheduling, communication, progress tracking, and payments.

• Automate manual operational workflows across billing, authorizations, credentialing, and care coordination.

• Own platform foundations, including data models, APIs, security, reliability, and production systems.

What We're Looking For

• Four to ten years of fullstack engineering experience, including experience at a startup.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Firebase.

• Product engineering experience that includes system design or architecture ownership.

• Experience building reliable systems in healthcare technology, fintech, or another operationally complex field where accuracy and data integrity matter.

• Strong computer science fundamentals, typically supported by a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience beyond a bootcamp.

• Attention to detail and a systems-oriented approach to modeling workflows, states, and edge cases.

• Current work authorization that does not require employer visa sponsorship.
