Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Would prioritize candidates who are PCU trained.

Unit Details: Ratios: Days 1:5; Nights 1:6. Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Patient diagnoses: Cardiac, Respiratory, COVID, infectious disease, pre and post operative, endocrine, CVA. Can be PCU or medsurg/tele.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend coverage: EOW.

Floating Requirements: May be floated to the corresponding sister units. West 2, West 3, and Observation unit are all sister units.

Maximum consecutive days off: 10

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
