Housing Redevelopment Program Manager

The City of Pueblo is seeking experienced candidates for the Housing Redevelopment Program Manager role. In this position, you will manage programs aimed at removing blight, structure complex real‑estate finance deals and HUD‑funded programs, and analyze capital stacks to support redevelopment. Additionally, you will oversee HUD applications, conduct regular site visits, collaborate with economic development, and review project proposals to determine viability. This grant‑funded, term‑limited position is currently funded for approximately one (1) year with the potential to extend for an additional two (2) years, subject to receipt of additional funding. The role is full‑time and offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary range of $84,456.67 – $116,442.96.
