Opportunity


They have immediate autonomous CRNA job openings for both part-time and full-time positions. This role offers a diverse case mix including Cardiac, Level 2 Trauma, minimal Pediatrics, Regional Anesthesia, and Outpatient Surgery . The facility averages around 50 OB cases per month, though CRNA involvement in OB is negotiable.


The call schedule is also negotiable and typically includes one weekend per month and 24-hour in-house call. Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome and encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a wide range of surgical, obstetrical, and trauma procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks .
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Participate in a negotiable call schedule, including weekend and in-house call.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio (or eligibility for licensure).
• Certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA or eligibility to sit for the exam ( SRNAs ).
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage a diverse and complex case mix, including trauma and cardiac cases.
• Proficiency in a variety of anesthetic techniques, including regional anesthesia.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
